Sustainable
development has become a frequent topic on Earth, and it has become an
essential track for us to move ahead to our futurity. We stand in a challenging stage. We are facing limited sources, but our
population is desiring more than what we own. The new generation newly prefers a green production line, which is more
energy-saving and environmentally helpful.
Gangcheng Factory always concerns about the environment we have multiple production lines
that are designing to serve with those difficulties. We are glad to introduce several specific
materials which our company is currently using for some of our cotton
production.
One of them
we call it an environmentally friendly fabric, or we can also use the RPET to
name it. Our fabric factory considered this product a low carbon energy-saving,
natural, no harmful substance, and recyclable fabrics. We recycle plastic bottles to produce our
materials, and it needs six strict steps before transfer into the fibres — these steps include： quality inspection, separation,
slicing, spinning, cooling and collecting.
The Organic
Cotton Poplin is a 100% natural process, and we are zero chemical input in the
whole processing. The harmless
substances will be our priority to our customers. This cotton fabric appears with excellent
quality and high performance with print. Another cotton fibre which we also produce a lot in our factory is
Organic half-Panama cotton. It weaves
with lower water energy compare with others， but we still promise a soft tactility. It usually runs very well in a vintage
outfit.
In the end,
I will conduct a unique fabric of our industry——Soy cashmere/silk. Soy performs a critical roll in our daylily
life. The consumption of soybeans for
the last two years is measured around 348 million metric tons. We are using surplus material from soybean
production to create a unique fibre. The
vegetable cashmere occupancy a big market in China. It has a lightweight, soft
finish, and named as soy silk. Although，the formula is soy, and it still has
a luxurious appearance.
The Fashion
industry will consume 300 million non-renewable resources. Our choices are necessary at this second for
further development of humans, and our views will impact this enormous fashion
industry. We can create a much
environmentally friendly fabric production line with your concern.
